Meet Beth

Hello! I'm Beth and I've been working within the field of eating disorders for the last 8 years and as a specialist eating disorders dietitian since 2020. My approach to eating disorder support is rooted in compassion, hope, and freedom. I work closely with my clients to develop personalised plans that support their unique needs and goals. I combine evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities of eating disorders. My goal is to help my clients find lasting recovery and rediscover the joy of nourishing their bodies and minds.

The Process

I take a holistic approach to eating disorder support. The process begins with a thorough evaluation of my client's needs and goals. From there we will work closely together to review progress and set-backs and discuss and set new goals and intentions as an individuals recovery evolves. I understand that whilst behaviours may manifest around food, eating disorders involve deep-rooted core beliefs and complex thought processes. This is why I help clients to focus not only on how & what to eat but why changes may be challenging or difficult to implement. I believe that true recovery is possible and am committed to supporting my clients every step of the way.
